This is for Studla: I guess my other email did not make it to the right person. First, I, too, am female and my heart broke for you when you lost your son to drowning. I soooo hope you are doing OK…..I would like to send a donation to you and your family. Please let me now how you are and also of your family…..I live with my husband, who does ‘Aids research and is well aware of the ramifications…Even in this day and age, when people find out what my husband does for a living, they will get up and walk away or turn and stop talking to us.
Studla, I wont go on but wanted to say my own road has not been easy either. I watched my son at the age of four years get hit by a speeding car in a school crosswalk. Most people tell me oh, what a tragedy…..No, my son lived and it took two years of body casts for my son to walk and grow into manhood. Anyway, my road has been at times full of potholes and bumps….but somehow I, too, wandered until I met my husband who has been my lighthouse in a storm. He will always be with me and at being married for 25yrs, i am only hoping for another 25….God be with you…Please email me if you want to. Much love to you and yours from here in West Virginia, United States…Michael
